The Challenge
To develop an instructive guide about fabrications and care to assist customers in prolonging the lifespan of their
high-quality clothing.
Competitor Audit
To start, I conducted research on both direct and indirect competitors to gain a comprehensive understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
Icon Research
Following the research presentation, I opted for icons as a straightforward means of highlighting the benefits and features of the fabrics. Furthermore, I conducted research on widely recognised icons to ensure that the benefits were accurately conveyed.
