The Challenge

Present an evolved and reinvigorated website experience that delivers a consistent brand and customer experience fitting our reputation as the leading omni-channel retailer in the baby space.

  • A comprehensive design system that encompasses all aspects of the customer experience across various channels, including UX, brand, digital content, supplier showcase page, packaging, tone of voice, marketing templates, and other collateral. The goal is to ensure that the brand and experiences are consistent and aligned across all channels

  • Facilitating the creation of potential revenue streams for suppliers through advertising in the future

  • Enhanced exploration of product categories for a more satisfying customer experience, particularly when researching our most popular brands.
